The three things we are asked most
Where is my order?
Tracking is emailed the moment your parcel leaves the warehouse. Allow up to 48 hours for processing before that, and note we do not process or ship at weekends. If tracking has not moved in 5 business days, email us and we will chase the carrier.
Something is wrong with what arrived
Send us a photo of the product and the packaging within 30 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund it, and you will not need to send anything back — sealed supplements cannot be returned to stock, so we do not ask you to try.
Can I take this with my medication?
We can tell you exactly what is in the bottle and at what dose. We cannot tell you whether it is right for you — that is a question for your doctor or pharmacist, and we would rather say so than guess.
