These terms govern your use of verelia.co and any order you place through it. This site is operated by Whisper Trading LLC ("Verelia", "we", "us"), 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Placing an order means you accept these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to buy from this site.

2. Dietary supplements, not medicine

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Nothing on this site — product pages, articles, emails, or replies from our support team — is medical advice or a substitute for it.

Speak to your doctor before starting any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, managing a health condition, or taking prescription medication. Stop use and seek advice if you have an adverse reaction.

3. Individual results vary

Anything described on this site or in our marketing reflects one person's experience. It isn't a promise, an average, or a guarantee of your result.

4. Ingredients and allergens

Read the label before use. Ingredient and allergen information is printed on every bottle and repeated on the product page.

Formulations can change between production runs. The label on the bottle you receive is authoritative. If it differs from the website, follow the bottle and tell us so we can correct the page.

5. Orders, pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable, and exclude any import duties on international orders.

We may refuse or cancel an order — including after it's placed — for suspected fraud, a pricing or description error, a product becoming unavailable, or a destination we can't serve. Paid orders we cancel are refunded in full.

Prices, products and availability can change without notice.

6. Personal use

Products bought here are for your own use. Resale or commercial redistribution isn't permitted without our written agreement.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

8. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your password confidential and tell us promptly about unauthorised use. You're responsible for activity under your account.

9. Intellectual property

The Verelia name, logo, label artwork, photography and written content on this site belong to us or are used under licence, and can't be copied or reused commercially without permission.

If you submit a review, photo or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use it in connection with the business, and you confirm it reflects your own honest experience.

10. Third parties

Fulfilment, payment processing and email are handled by third-party providers. We're not responsible for their independent acts or omissions, though we'll always work with them on your behalf to fix a problem.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to what you paid for that order, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one published here on the date you order.
