How quickly will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day ship the same day. Standard delivery is three to five business days.
What does third-party tested mean?
Our manufacturer tests each production lot, and finished-batch testing is carried out by an independent laboratory with no commercial relationship to them. We can provide the Certificate of Analysis for the lot you received — just email us your lot number.
Can I skip, pause, or cancel a subscription?
All three, at any time, from your account. Changes made at least 24 hours before a scheduled charge apply to that order.
What is the money-back guarantee?
Tell us within 30 days and we refund in full, opened bottles included.
