Shipping policy

How long it takes

Your order leaves our warehouse within 48 hours of being received and processed. Delivery then usually takes 3–6 business days.

We don't process or ship on weekends, so an order placed Friday evening starts moving Monday morning.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves the warehouse. If nothing has moved after 5 business days, email support@verelia.co and we'll chase the carrier for you.

Where we ship

We ship from the United States. Orders go out to the US and to a list of international destinations — if your country appears at checkout, we can reach you.

We're not able to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). If you order to one of those, we'll email you and refund in full.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on US orders over $60. Below that, a flat rate is shown at checkout before you pay. International rates are calculated at checkout by destination.

Customs and import charges

International orders ship with duties unpaid, which means your own country may charge import duty, VAT, or a handling fee when the parcel arrives. Those charges are set by your government, not by us, and they're yours to pay.

Two things worth knowing before you order from outside the US:

• Please check that dietary supplements can be imported where you live. Rules differ a lot country to country.
• If a parcel is refused at customs, or returned because import charges went unpaid, the carrier may abandon or destroy it — and in that situation we're not able to refund or reship. It's the one gap we genuinely can't close.

Canada: supplements can be imported for personal use without a Natural Health Product licence, as long as the order is for you rather than for resale and doesn't exceed a 90-day supply. Please keep single orders within that.

Address changes

Double-check your address at checkout. Orders move into production fast, and once they do we can't edit them. If you spot a mistake, email us within the hour and we'll try.

If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can send it out again once you give us a corrected address — the reshipment is charged at cost.
